About Us
CINGS (China Institute Next Gen x Serica) is the joint next-generation leadership platform of China Institute and the Serica Initiative. It is a global community of young professionals who are committed to building people-to-people relations between the United States and China.
CINGS curates learning and dialogue through programming that includes business forums, cultural engagements, and a closed-door Speakers Series to help members stay current on trends and the nuances behind them. Within this trusted setting, members share expertise, surface practical insights, and translate conversation into collaborations, community projects, and philanthropy.
A signature initiative is the CINGS Giving Circle, which channels member contributions toward vetted, high-impact causes. Above all, CINGS serves as a bridge that connects people, sectors, and ideas to foster informed exchange, responsible action, and deeper understanding.

Provide a framework for impact investing and micro philanthropy, opportunities for strategic philanthropy through the flagship Giving Circle to support social innovators, non-profit initiatives, and community-based projects, and develop relationships with grassroots and AAPI organizations
