Dichai “Andre” Shen is a social impact and global health professional focused on building bridges between China and the international community. His work with organisations including CEPI and Gavi, alongside founding Bridge Beijing, has centred on connecting people, ideas, and institutions across borders. Now Chair of the CINGS China Chapter, Andre is committed to fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and meaningful relationships within the CINGS community. His experiences during COVID-19 reinforced the importance of trust and transparency in tackling global challenges. Looking ahead, he is particularly interested in the role of AI in shaping U.S.-China relations. At the heart of his work is a belief in mentorship, giving back, and empowering others to create lasting impact.
