Now Chair of the CINGS China Chapter, Andre is committed to fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and meaningful relationships within the CINGS community. His experiences during COVID-19 reinforced the importance of trust and transparency in tackling global challenges. Looking ahead, he is particularly interested in the role of AI in shaping U.S.-China relations.
