Alexander Chiu is a New York–born finance professional and NYU Stern School of Business graduate. A Yenching Scholar with a Master’s in Economics from Peking University, he is an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Private Equity Group, focusing on technology, energy transition, and healthcare investments.
Alle Hsu
Alexandra Hsu, an Orange County filmmaker with degrees in East Asian and Film Studies, completed her MFA at NYU Tisch. She’s directed five short films, produced ten, and is now developing her debut feature, “QUEENS,” slated for production in 2021-2022.
Amy Zhou
Amy (Ruoqi) Zhou is a Global Research Fellow at IIRR and an impact investor working at the intersection of AI, research, and social impact. She is developing a book and a RAG-powered archive on the legacy of Dr. James and Alice Yen, advises gender-aligned family philanthropy using SROI and IRIS metrics, and supports female artists through the New Museum Artemis Council.
Ally An
Ally An is a first-generation Chinese American and Director of Business Development at FACT Capital, a global equity hedge fund investing across the U.S., China, and India. She previously worked in Prime Brokerage at Goldman Sachs and graduated cum laude from NYU Stern with a BSc in Business and Political Economy, with minors in public policy.
Angelo Saraceno
Angelo Saraceno is a software engineer and community builder focused on using technology to strengthen U.S.–China collaboration. A former product leader at Citrix, he co-founded MangoHacks to support 1,200+ students in tech and now leads revenue at Railway while co-hosting the NY Systems speaker series.
Annie Evans
Annie Evans is a Marketing Master’s student at New York University and a brand strategist specializing in cross-cultural marketing. She co-founded a creative agency leading campaigns for brands like Comvita, and has worked with Zuru and Ronald McDonald House Charities. A former Miss New Zealand, she also founded a mental health scholarship charity.
Bradley Wo
Bradley, a fifth-generation Chinese American from Honolulu, is a consultant at Bain & Company in New York. He earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and previously worked in Singapore at Asia Philanthropy Circle. He holds a sociology degree from Stanford University and completed a fellowship at the Yenching Academy of Peking University, focusing on Chinese philanthropy.
Cathy Shi
Cathy Shi is a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy group, based in the New York office. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Cathy also serves on the board of her undergraduate alma mater.
Chen Li
Chen Li is the CEO and Founder of Rexpand, where he leverages AI to automate the referral search process. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
Chi Zhao
Chi Zhao is the Founding Executive Director of the Philanthropists Circle of China and a Harvard Kennedy School graduate focused on global leadership and sustainability. Based in Boston, she works in climate philanthropy, strengthening U.S.–China collaboration across academic, business, and philanthropic sectors, and serves as a board member of a U.S.-listed company.
Christopher Ayoub
Christopher Ayoub is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Economics and a minor in Chinese. He has studied Mandarin for 13 years and has been active in promoting Chinese culture and East Asian studies, including tutoring with faculty from Columbia University.

Clare leads investor relations and ESG investing at Genesis Capital, previously worked at Lunar Capital and Bon Juice, and started at Morgan Stanley. She holds a University of Michigan B.A. and is in a Harvard leadership program.

Crysti co-founded UniWill Ventures and Cloves Coffee, a 150+ coffee shop chain. She’s an alumna of UW Seattle, Columbia, UPenn, and Tsinghua, and has been recognized in Forbes and Hurun’s 30Under30 lists.

Colby is Vice President at Novo Holdings and has worked in equity investments at Milestone Capital, Berkshire Partners, and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Dartmouth.

Darren is a private equity investor at American Industrial Partners. He spent time growing up between Shanghai and the US.
Dash Enkhbayar
Born in Mongolia and raised across China, Russia, and the U.S., he graduated from Georgetown School of Foreign Service and worked in investment banking at HSBC and Credit Suisse. He later earned a dual MBA/MPA from MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School, and returned to New York to pursue Asia–U.S.-focused ventures.
Edward Columbia
Edward graduated from Yale University with a degree in East Asian Studies. He led a documentary production company focused on minority and immigrant communities in China and the U.S., later working as an investigator at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem. He is now a student at Yale Law School and speaks Mandarin and French.
Ella Li
Ella Li manages a New York based real estate family office. She holds degrees in Real Estate Finance from NYU, Interior Design from Parsons and Business from The University of Manchester. Passionate about cultural diversity and fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Gina Chen
Gina Chen is the founder and CEO of One Ally, a woman-owned legal and business advisory firm. With over $10B in transaction experience, she has advised Fortune 10 companies, startups, and diverse-led funds. A former Fulbright Scholar, she holds a J.D. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Yale University.

Ma Ning is the founding partner of MARS Studio, with offices in New York and Beijing. A University of Pennsylvania graduate and associate AIA member, he previously worked at MAD Architects and Bjarke Ingels Group. Under his leadership, MARS has earned top honors including Architizer A+Awards, AD China AD100 Designer of the Year, and Forbes Returned Elite.
Momo Hu
Shu Hu is a senior tech PR professional in China, advising tech giants and AI startups on leadership and communications. Her work focuses on gender, technology, and social equity.
